Shipping

Due to reduced shipping capacity caused by COVID-19, your order may be delayed. Please Contact us if you do not receive your order after 7 days of estimated delivery date.

 We currently DO NOT ship internationally.

You can check your order details by logging in our website by using the credentials which are sent to the email which you used while checking out. You will also receive email notifications about the status of your orders.

All orders require processing time in addition to shipping time.

All processing and shipping times are based on estimations and can not be guaranteed.

We use FedEx as the courier service to deliver the orders. 

Street address is required to deliver the orders.

All products ship from our fulfillment center in Waunakee, Wisconsin.

Returns

We do not offer refunds for any edible or tropical products.

However if you did not receive the product you ordered, we will send you the correct products upon receipt of the original order that was sent as long as it’s unopened and in the original packaging.

You have 48 hours after receiving the products to let us know if you received the wrong products.
